This small song has more open influence, imitation and/or mention than most of my other songs. Prince Whippa Whip, Ghostface Killah,The Mighty Grand Master Caz, Digable Planets, Aesop Rock, Brother ?uest Love, and I think thats it.
Like The Ins and Outs and a few other songs I have done.... most of my songs that seem to be about sex are also usually about my choice to remain free of a union based off of physical attraction. More importantly these songs are often about having uncompromising artistic standards amongst ones peers and abroad. Having enough integrity and diligence to speak honestly and objectively about things is a task that requires vigilant consistency.
